A merry Christmas Eve to one and all! I hope that, unlike me, you haven’t left all your wrapping until the very last minute, and are prepared for the big day. To celebrate your assuredly fantastic organisational skills, here’s a little something that’s both festive and Cornish, which is obviously more amazing than either on their own. This is the beautiful Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary (or Truro Cathedral, for short), looking lovely at Christmastime. If you hadn’t guessed already, it can be found in Cornwall’s only city Truro, which is just about slap bang in the middle of the county.
